Dan played lacrosse for Smithtown West where her was selected All Division & All County in 2021 after finishing his high school career with just under 300 saves. At Farmingdale state, Dan has been a 2 year starter with 322 career saves going into his final season this upcoming Spring 2025. In college, Dan earned second team all-conference 2X and was awarded conference MVP and D3 Academic All-American honors his junior season.
